My Journey

The break
After working hard for almost an year after my graduation. I took a break. I decided to leave my parent’s house and shift to a metropolitan city. Everything went great. I worked for less hours and spend most of my time try to discover my calling. I gave myself enough time to think what I wanted to do and what actually made me happy apart from the money I made. I would be honest, we all need money and I am no different then every other person on this planet. But money alone won’t give me peace. I want to work where I enjoy solving problems. After I discovered my inner call. I came back home and started working with start ups as they were the best place to find problems to solve.
Transition to Managerial Role
My boss saw the my organization & people skills and offered me a role in managerial position. It was huge step for me as really wanted to keep polishing my video editing skills. I gave it a shot and it worked brilliantly for both of us. I created a lot of systems and processes for our org. I also trained the new editors and helped them get faster at what they did. Soon I left the org for more growth and opportunities
Automating the Processes
As a started working on contract with another org, I redesigned their whole hiring system and also edited videos for them. I automated a lot of things using Zapier. I also used the CRM GoHighLevel extensively to create web pages and automate emails etc.
What now?
My drive comes from solving problems. Video editing was one way I used to satisfy my drive. Later problem solving as a manager did the same thing for me. Now I am looking for opportunities with new challenges and new things for me to learn.
